Creative Guitars

Sober Emmanuel is a master story-teller who leverages unorthodox tools and techniques to convey the essence of worship and faith through his music. He has been guitaring for over 12 years now and also delivered a TEDx Talk on 'Music Around Us'. His YouTube channel features a series of Ambient Soundscapes created with a story-based perspective.

Ableton Keys/Synth/Multi-Tracks

Stephen Netto (Steve) is an Ableton Approved Educator and serves as the Keyboardist and the Technical Director for Bridge Music. He has been playing keys for over 15 years now. In 2008, he started using Ableton Live to play the keys, and to run backing tracks for live shows with Bridge Music and church services - and brings all of that experience to the table for this masterclass.

Songwriting for Kids
by Rachel Francis
Rachel Francis has 10 years of experience in teaching Songwriting for kids and teenagers. Through her work with LiveJam, she has interacted with over 50,000 children over the past 8 years. She has developed a unique curriculum teaching children to use songwriting as music therapy, and not just become the songwriters of the next generation, but to exercise their imaginative and creative minds today. A testament to this approach is that all of the children Rachel has taught have continued to write songs even beyond her sessions with them.
This masterclass is specially designed using a child-centred approach to activate the creative spirit in each child.

Collaborative Worship/Corporate Songwriting
by Rachel Francis, Nehemiah K, Samarth Shukla & Sam Alex
Rachel, Nehemiah, Samarth & Sam Alex are the featured artists of Bridge Music, each having over 10 years of worship songwriting experience and have written over 70 songs combined. They have worked on multiple collaborative songwriting with various artists and produced numerous songs. For Bridge Music Season 3, they have been an integral part of the Modifiers Team, who have worked on fine-tuning every aspect of the songs chosen. One of the biggest characteristics of Bridge Music is tapping into the power of collaboration at the beginning of the songwriting process.

During each interactive session, participants will be actively involved in writing with each other and guided by the course instructor. This masterclass is useful for songwriters who are willing to understand the depths of writing and actively engage in online, collaborative songwriting. It is designed to not only teach skills, but to form networks of songwriters, and develop this collaborative spirit and oneness of process in worship teams.
